Help With Logging In

How To Get Logged In Or Change Your Password When You Are Having Difficulty

When You Cannot Get Logged In

  1. Click "Log In / New Account" found at the upper right hand corner of the web page.
  2. Click "Forgot your password?" link at the bottom of the Sign In form.
  3. Enter your account's email address in the space provided. If you do not remember which email address you used, please Contact the Webmaster for assistance. We will need your full name, city and state to locate your record.
  4. Check your email inbox for mail from the Lori's Pins 'n Needles. The email will contain a new password for your account. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk mail folder just in case it ended up there.
  5. Use the new password to log into your account.
  6. In extreme cases when you absolutely cannot get logged into your account, Contact the Webmaster for assistance. We can almost always get you into your account.

How To Change Your Password

  1. Log into your account (see Step 1 above).
  2. Click "My Account" in the upper right hand corner of the web page.
  3. In your account, click "Change my account password".
  4. Follow instructions on changing your password.
  5. The next time you log in, you must use your new password.
